Goal

To create a welcoming, visually striking green environment that enhances wellbeing and air quality while complementing the building’s design.

Scope

The project involved installing a living wall, tropical plants, and free-standing potted plants in both the reception area and across all five floors of the building.

Solutions

From thoughtfully selected plants to strategic lighting, we implemented multiple solutions to ensure longevity. Following the success of phase one, additional plants were installed across all five floors to unify the entire building.

Pre-planting Offsite

All 2000+ plants were pre-planted and grown at Meristem's Sevenoaks workshop to ensure they were healthy and established before installation.

Plant Selection

Hardy, tropical plants were chosen to create a jungle-like atmosphere while ensuring longevity in the indoor environment.

Horticultural Lighting

Specialised lighting was added to support healthy plant growth, ensuring the plants thrived indoors.

Comprehensive Maintenance

A bi-weekly maintenance plan was implemented, ensuring consistent care and health of all plants post-installation.
