Located on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, the hospitality balustrade parklets from our Lavender range was delivered in partnership with Camden Council and The Fitzrovia Partnership as part of Camden’s streateries programme. The initiative transforms roadside parking bays into welcoming outdoor dining spaces, helping local businesses make greater use of the public realm.

The parklets introduce al fresco dining to complement the lively restaurant scene of the street and creates a more attractive and green space for workers and visitors.

Designed as part of Camden’s wider Streateries programme, the Charlotte Street Parklets transform former parking bays into a flexible outdoor space that supports local businesses while enhancing the public realm. Combining a robust structure with integrated planting, the parklets aims to create a greener, more inviting streetscape in one of London’s busiest dining destinations.
